TELL ME ABOUT YOUR THE BEGINNING!
We have been friends since 2018. We first met at a church but we weren't really close friends until 2020. We were both given a bigger responsibilities at church that made us interact with each other more often. Our friends were first matchmaking me with Michael and.. that's how I caught feelings! Michael is a pretty quiet person, so I used to force him to join along my friends' socials. Then, at the start of 2021 in January, we started hanging out, our first hang out, we walked along Elwood beach and just enjoyed each other's company through out the day. 
Until 21st of February 2021, we officially stepped into the next step of commitment! :) 


WHEN AND WHERE DID YOU GET ENGAGED?
Michael took me for a road trip and we went to Warrnambool on the 3rd of November 2022. We've always loved catching sunrises and sunsets, so I wasn't really expecting anything. The next morning, we woke up at 5am to catch the sunrise at Port Fairy Beach. The view was soooo beautiful and it was so peaceful. The moment when the sun hit the horizon, Michael dropped down on his knee and took the ring out of his pocket! My eyes were definitely soaked in tears and of course I said "Yes, I do!!!" :) 

HOW DO YOU ENVISION YOUR WEDDING DAY?
To be relaxing, mingling with our friends and families. All the pure, genuine and raw moments. As the bride and florist myself, I can't wait to see my vision into reality on my own wedding day. Nothing garland or extravagant, yet beautiful. 

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO MOST ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
- Seeing Michael's reaction while I'm walking down the aisle!! (especially when he cries!! haha)
- photos of my dad and Kezia walking down the aisle
- the laughs and smiles of our guests
- my little nieces love to dance around
- photos of our parents laughing

TOP TIPS?
Just laugh it off if the wedding prep is making you feel overwhelmed haha! it's only once in a lifetime :)
