Madison and Brenton’s Wedding day was personal, intimate and perfect.
From their modern court house wedding vibe ceremony at the Art Gallery of Ballarat to their portraits around the stunning architecture of Ballarat and then their dinner party style reception at Mr Jones Dining focusing on good food, wine, music and their closest family and friends, these two planned an incredible day day that reflected their personalities to perfection.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR THE BEGINNING!
I technically met Brenton when I had dropped his friend home from a bar I was working at and he came along. I didn't know him and only saw him again when he popped up on my facebook as a friend request some time later. 6 months after this maybe I had purchased tickets to a Bon Iver concert and sold them before deciding again I wanted to go still. I put a call out on FB and Brenton quickly let me know he was selling a pair. We arranged for me to collect these from his house that week, and then for me to return again that weekend as we had really hit it off over the quick ticket exchange. I returned every weekend ever since and that was that!
WHEN AND WHERE DID YOU GET ENGAGED?
In true fashion for us, we were at home! We had been together for 10 years and it was my 29th birthday and the night before Brenton had a bottle of wine and asked if I wanted my present early. Brenton never lets me give his gifts early so I declined. The following morning I had got my self organised and told Brenton I was ready for my gift now before I headed off to work. He proposed at the kitchen table at about 7.30am before I went to work haha
HOW DO YOU ENVISION YOUR WEDDING DAY?
Very low key with minimal fuss (we hope!). Just good food, wine, music and our closest family and friends. It has been a long time coming so we will just be pleased to be together and to finally tie the knot!
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO MOST ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
I am not overly sentimental but I do love some romance. I am very much looking forward to the exchanging of our personalised vows and then just spending the rest of the night loved up with our family and friends!
TOP TIPS?
Do you! Don't get caught up in the riff raff of over peoples wishes and traditions you don't see value in!
What an amazing experience to have Maegan with us on and in the lead up to our wedding day..
Maegan has completely captured our personalities in our photos and went above and beyond to get the perfect imagines/locations for us. I really gave no direction and Maegan has outdone herself! I even had a last minute first look location change on the day and they have turned out as my favourite photos! She just makes it work and with such minimal fuss.
My husband and I are not photo takers ourselves but we felt so comfortable and under no pressure with Meagan. My husband in particular does not take photos at all, and yet was Meagan’s biggest fan by the end of the day!
Our guests were amazed with how warm, calming and fun Meagan was, while at the same time so discreet and professional. Maegan’s ears must be burning as we have not stopped raving about her since! Even with such a small group, Maegan was incredible and got the most natural shots which is exactly what we were after.
While the photos are with out a doubt the most incredible I have seen (and the many compliments I’ve received have said the same) it’s really the personality that makes the day. When I look at the photos I remember how fun it was taking them which is such a joy and not something we expected at all.
Thank you Meagan, you will always hold a special place in our day and we are so grateful to have had you with us! ❤️❤️❤️
